Epic Vues Creative Studios, based in Kingston, Jamaica, is responsible for the personal information we use to handle inquiries through epicvues.com. Information you provide
Our contact form collects your name, email address, selected service, and project message. You may also provide a preferred date and location. We receive your inquiry consent and the version of the privacy notice shown when you submit. If you contact us by email or phone, we receive the information you choose to share in that conversation.
Please include only information needed to discuss your project. Do not send payment card details, identification documents, sensitive personal information, or other people's private details through the inquiry form.
How we use your information
We use inquiry details to respond to you, discuss your requirements and availability, prepare a proposal, and keep track of our correspondence. The form asks for your consent to this inquiry handling. If you proceed with a project, we may also need information to take steps you request before a contract, carry out our agreement, or meet legal obligations, where applicable law permits.
Submitting an inquiry does not sign you up for a newsletter or authorize unrelated promotional messages. Permission to use a client's photographs or films publicly is separate from inquiry consent.
Form processing and service providers
The website is hosted on Netlify. When you submit the contact form, your details are sent to Netlify Forms for processing and storage so Epic Vues can access and respond to them. This is a website submission, not a draft in your email application. Our email service also processes messages when we correspond with you.
Hosting and form services may process technical information such as IP addresses, browser details, request times, and submission metadata to deliver the site, filter spam, and protect the service. The form includes a hidden spam-detection field. The website does not include an advertising pixel or analytics script.
We share information with service providers as needed to operate the site and handle your request, and where disclosure is required by law. See Netlify's privacy information for its own processing practices.
Fonts, cookies, and external links
We load the Inter typeface from Google Fonts. Your browser connects to Google's servers to retrieve it, sharing connection information such as your IP address and browser request details. See Google's Privacy Policy.
Our pages link to Instagram but do not embed its feed. Following an external link takes you to a service with its own privacy and cookie practices. Read our Cookie Policy for information about browser storage and your choices.
Processing outside Jamaica
Our service providers may process information outside Jamaica, including in the United States. Privacy laws in those locations may differ from those in your country. Cross-border processing remains subject to applicable data-protection requirements; this notice does not waive your rights. Contact us for information about the providers and transfer arrangements relevant to your inquiry.
How long information is kept
Inquiry information should be kept only as long as needed to respond, complete the discussion and any requested follow-up, and address related questions or disputes. If an inquiry becomes a booking, relevant records may be needed for the project, accounting, and applicable legal obligations. Retention depends on whether the inquiry is active, whether a project proceeds, and any legal requirement to retain a record. Contact us to ask about retention or request deletion of your inquiry.
Your choices and rights
You can ask to access or correct your information, request deletion, or object to or restrict processing where applicable law provides those rights. You can withdraw consent to inquiry handling by emailing us; withdrawal does not undo processing already lawfully carried out and may mean we cannot continue handling your request. Some records may still need to be retained where another lawful basis or legal obligation applies.
