These terms cover use of epicvues.com, the portfolio and inquiry website of Epic Vues Creative Studios in Kingston, Jamaica. Project-specific services are subject to a separate agreement with you.
Using this website
You may browse our work and use the contact details or inquiry form to discuss a potential project. Please provide accurate information and only share material you are entitled to share. Do not use the site to send spam, submit unlawful content, impersonate someone, interfere with the service, or attempt unauthorized access.
Inquiries and bookings
Submitting the form, selecting a preferred date, or receiving an inquiry confirmation does not reserve a date or confirm a booking. Availability, scope, fees, payment arrangements, and deliverables must be agreed directly with Epic Vues before a project is confirmed. The website does not take online payments.
Any deposit, cancellation or rescheduling rules, travel charges, delivery timetable, revision allowance, image or film usage rights, and permissions for portfolio publication will be set out in the applicable project agreement. These website terms do not create a standard deposit, cancellation fee, or refund policy.
Photography, film, and aerial work
Portfolio examples show previous creative work; each project's results depend on its agreed brief and conditions. Locations, access, participant permissions, weather, safety requirements, and any necessary permits can affect what is possible. Aerial work is subject to applicable flight restrictions and required authorizations. Specific arrangements belong in your project agreement.
Website content and usage rights
Photographs, films, branding, and other content belong to Epic Vues or their respective rights holders. Viewing a portfolio image, including opening its full-size view, does not grant a licence to publish, sell, alter, or reuse it. Contact us for permission before using our content beyond what applicable law allows. Client usage rights are determined by the relevant project agreement.
Privacy and messages
Our Privacy Policy explains how inquiry details are processed, and our Cookie Policy explains the site's use of browser technologies. Inquiry consent is limited to handling your request and does not provide marketing consent or permission to publish your images.
External services and availability
External websites, including Instagram, operate under their own terms. We do not control their content or availability. We aim to keep our own website accurate and available, but errors, maintenance, and interruptions can occur. Please confirm details directly with us before relying on them for a booking.
Your legal rights
Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, or overrides mandatory consumer protections. If a website term conflicts with a signed project agreement, that agreement governs the project to the extent permitted by applicable law.
